Craig “Fatboy” Jennings started racing in 2006, when he experienced a year that would have made most people give up. His stoic persistence in the face of multiple mechanical failures deserved admiration.

 Just when he thought he’d got rid of all the gremlins in his “race ready” bike, it spat him off at Brands Hatch GP circuit, breaking his arm in the process.

 He missed the rest of 2006, recovered, and came back in 2007 with a renewed determination. His main hindrance last year was a massively underpowered, unreliable bike that struggled to move his sturdy frame quick enough.

For 2008, Fatboy has slimmed down and is raring to go.
